16 engineers at the Court of Honour because of the support wall
The Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure has submitted a complaint to the Court of Honour of the Serbian Chamber of Engineers against 16 engineers requesting their licenses to be revoked because of the collapse of the support wall on Corridor 10 in Grdelica, the Politika daily reports.
As the paper unofficially finds out, the complaint was filed on Friday, August 24, against designers and engineers who performed technical control of the main design for the construction of the highway section of Grdelica-Caricina dolina.
The complaint says that over the last two months „the mobility of the terrain was significant“ and that „it culminated that morning, when a part of the structure collapsed, while after twenty hours there was another collapse.“
